Your URL map and reports

Checking the format of a CSV does not save a customer job or visit the listed websites. Choosing “Save map & verify domains” stores the CSV, its file fingerprint, the exact hostnames and a private job record.

The service records domain-verification results, scheduled checks and reports. Reports contain the submitted and expected URLs, observed redirect steps, HTTP response codes, website IP addresses, observation times and findings. Order records connect the map, reports, payment state and delivery history. For new orders, we also record the service-terms revision and content fingerprint you accepted, the server timestamp and its link to this saved map and order. Existing orders do not acquire a new acceptance record retroactively.

Submit only public URLs you are authorized to test. Do not include passwords, private links or sensitive personal information, including in URL paths. The service does not accept URL credentials, query strings or fragments.

Private access and recovery

A necessary cookie keeps access to your private workspace. It is restricted to this site, protected from JavaScript access and sent over HTTPS. The cookie is not used for advertising or cross-site analytics. The application does not put your access or recovery code in localStorage, sessionStorage or a link.

The server stores a hash of your access code and recovery code. Save the recovery code somewhere private. Using it replaces the previous browser session; creating a replacement recovery code invalidates the old recovery code. Recovery does not extend the job’s expiry.

Portal access lasts 45 days from the time you save the map. The workspace displays the exact expiry. Download the reports you need before then.

Domain checks and website requests

Domain control is checked through a DNS TXT record for each exact hostname. The verification service uses Cloudflare DNS-over-HTTPS. This sends the challenge record name to Cloudflare; it does not send the CSV file or its URL paths. The TXT value you publish is visible through public DNS.

Redirect measurements contact the verified websites using HTTPS HEAD requests. Those websites and their hosting providers can observe the request paths, times and the checker’s network address. We do not use a logged-in browser or request page content, submit forms or change the website.

The domain-proof authorization expires 40 days after the job is created and is checked again before checkout and each measured run. This does not delete the TXT record from your DNS provider. The redirect-checking workflow does not send your CSV or reports to an AI model.

Payments

Stripe hosts checkout and handles the payment information entered there. Relaunch Check sends Stripe a product/price reference and an internal order reference. It retains payment and refund identifiers, amounts, currency, confirmed status and event/audit records to operate and reconcile the order.

The application does not store full card numbers or security codes in its customer databases. Stripe may collect billing, contact, device and payment information through its own checkout. The stored application records omit the customer-address and card-detail fields returned by Stripe; incoming payment messages are handled to verify and reconcile the payment.

Hosting and contact

The service uses Hetzner hosting. Providers that deliver hosting, networking and payment services process information needed for those functions. The application’s customer-request logging is disabled; this is not a promise that hosting or network providers retain no connection information.

Contact email uses Porkbun forwarding and Gmail. Your name, email address, message and attachments may be processed and stored as part of that correspondence. Send only what is needed for your enquiry, never passwords or card details.

Access expiry is not deletion

The 45-day portal limit closes access. It does not automatically delete saved maps, reports, domain-proof records, order/payment records or the audit trail. These records can remain in private storage after access expires. Encrypted backups can retain copies as well.

The current service has no automatic deletion schedule for those records. For information, correction or deletion requests, contact us. We will review the request and explain what can be removed and any information that must be retained. Do not assume that clearing the cookie, leaving a workspace or receiving a refund deletes its records.
